160 year old village turned boutique bed & breakfast featuring unique overnight accommodations in the towns original cottages. The original general store is now the Story Inn Restaurant which serves brunch and dinner featuring seasonal New American cuisine, paired with an award winning wine list. The Story Still, located below the restaurant offers a full bar with a rotating Hoosier micro beer collection. Story offers several unique wedding and event venues, including a 100 year old barn, gardens, and old mill.

What days are you open and the hours? Drove at out there last Tuesday and wasn't opened. Can't find your days and hours listed anywhere.
Currently open Thursday-Sunday I am a regular and their food is great! Whether your looking for a layer back environment during the day or a nice place take a date at night! Their food is always different during the evening... which gives you an awesome selection
Is Story Inn still open?

Will the Tavern at the Story Inn be open during the day this Saturday the 8th? We are coming for dinner at 6pm and would like to visit in a bar area beforehand.
Yes, it is open. Enjoy your visit. Please tip Ann when you see her. Hopefully you can also see Tek, the Story Inn white wolf.
Is there a place to sit and visit a while before your dinner
There is a bar downstairs, a garden which will have live music sometimes, a sitting area outside the bar under a large tree, and a small gift shop. I recommend all visit Story Inn. Ask for the best server, Ann. Sometimes you will get to see Tek, the friendly Story Inn White Wolf that visits often. The wolf is as legendary as the Inn.
Does the restaurant offer gluten gree, vegan, vegetarian or dairy free options on there menu?
The chef is very accommodating and was able to serve us vegetarian cuisine. Im sure they can cater to all the dietary restrictions you mentioned.

Open 6 days a week. Closed on Monday.
